Psi/2 beta-1 now works with patched Qt3 library!
I can chat with others through local jabber server in English
and Hankaku-katakana (single byte high ascii in CP932).
Qt3 library still has several problems regarding DBCS handling.
* DBCS strings are not render correctly.
* Cannot input characters from IME.
